先日、技術研修の実施後、フリーランス・技術者の皆さまとの交流会を行いました。
研修では、現場全体への理解を深めるとともに、普段の担当業務にとらわれず、他の役割についても学ぶ機会を設けました。
交流会では、学びを共有しながら、リラックスした雰囲気の中で意見交換が行われました。
こうした取り組みを通じて、柔軟な対応力とチームとしての一体感を高めていきたいと考えています。
今後も、人と人とのつながりを大切にした環境づくりを続けてまいります。

Following a recent technical training, Nouvelle Medias held a casual networking session with our freelancers and engineers.
The training was designed to deepen overall on-site understanding and encourage team members to step beyond their usual roles.
The networking session afterward created space for open conversations, shared takeaways, and new connections in a relaxed setting.
By learning from each other and broadening our perspectives, we aim to build a more flexible and collaborative team environment.
