国際母語デー [UNESCO] 🗣️

2月21日は国際母語デーでした！言語と文化の多様性、多言語の使用、そしてあらゆる母語の尊重を推進することを目的として、ユネスコが1999年に制定しました。

弊社の業務で使用する言語は主に日本語と英語ですが、実はそれ以外の言語を母語として話す社員がたくさんいます！母語がフランス語、ドイツ語、ポルトガル語、インドネシア語、アラビア語、モンゴル語など、多様な社員が英語や日本語を第二・第三言語として使用しています。私たちにとって言語の違いは「壁」ではなく「豊かさ」として、お互いを尊重しながら日々業務に励んでいます！

Happy International Mother Language Day [UNESCO]! 🗣️

February 21st was International Mother Language Day! Established by UNESCO in 1999, this day promotes linguistic and cultural diversity, multilingualism, and the respect for all mother tongues.

While our primary business languages are Japanese and English, many of our team members have other native languages, including French, German, Portuguese, Indonesian, Arabic, and Mongolian, to name a few. We believe that linguistic diversity is a source of strength rather than a barrier, fostering a culture of mutual respect and robust teamwork!
