✨ 今年初のTGIFを楽しみました！ ✨

1月9日に開催したTGIFでは、グループ新会社の皆さまをお迎えし、いつも以上に充実した時間となりました。

TGIFは、日常業務ではなかなか接点のないメンバー同士が気軽に交流し、新しい視点やコラボレーションのきっかけを生み出すことを目的とした社内イベントです。2ヶ月に1回程度の頻度で金曜日に実施されます。

当日は、簡単なアイスブレイクを兼ねた自己紹介セッションも実施。新卒入社の社員から副社長まで年齢や役職と関係なく、自然とコミュニケーションが生まれ、終始リラックスした雰囲気の中で交流を深めることができました。
ヌーベルメディアは、心理的安全性を大切にしており、誰もが躊躇することなく「自分の疑問や意見、感情を安心して発言・表現できる環境」を大事にしています。

✨ TGIF with SET International ✨
We kicked off our first “TGIF” party of the year on Jan 9 by welcoming members from SET International, a company recently acquired by Nouvelle Group. It was a great chance to connect beyond teams and get to know colleagues from different backgrounds!
Held every couple of months, TGIF is a casual internal event that brings together colleagues who don’t often interact in daily work. Through light icebreakers and self introductions, all employees from recent grads to our Vice President can connect naturally in a chill atmosphere.
At Nouvelle Medias, we value psychological safety and strive to create environments like these where everyone can openly share their questions, opinions, and ideas.
