【注意喚起】当グループ代表を騙った迷惑メールにご注意ください
2025年12月より、当グループおよびグループ代表者を騙り、受信者にLINEグループの作成を求める迷惑メールが複数確認されております。
これらのメールは当社とは一切関係がなく、当社から、お客様に対し個別にLINEグループの作成をお願いすることはありません。
詐欺の可能性がございますので、不審なメールを受け取られた場合は、返信・リンク・QRコードの操作は行わず、削除をお願いいたします。
万が一、当該メールとのやり取りを開始し、被害を受けた可能性がある場合は、速やかにお住まいの地域の警察署等へご相談いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
以下は、現在確認されている迷惑メールの一例です。

メールを受け取った後
今後の業務プロジェクトに対応するため、新しいLINEのワークグループの作成をお願いいたします。
グループへの他のメンバーの追加は、私が参加した後に行います。
グループ作成が完了しましたら、そのグループのQRコードを生成し、このメールにご返信ください。
私がQRコードからグループに参加し、その後の業務調整を進めさせていただきます。
お手数をおかけしますが、よろしくお願いいたします。

当社では、上記のような内容のメールをお送りすることはございません。
被害を防ぐための、メールに対して一切返信せず、速やかに削除していただきますようお願いいたします。
[Notice] Beware of Fraudulent Emails Impersonating Our Group Representatives
Since December 2025, we have confirmed multiple cases of fraudulent emails impersonating the names of our Group companies and their representatives, instructing recipients to “create a LINE group” and “send the QR code for the group.”
These emails are not sent by any company within our Group and have no relation to us whatsoever.
Furthermore, we will never request the creation of a LINE group via email from customers or business partners.
As these emails may be sent for fraudulent purposes, if you receive such a message,
please do not reply, click any links, open attachments, or send QR codes, and delete the email immediately.
If you have already replied to such an email or may have suffered damages,
please promptly contact the police or consultation office in your residential area within Japan.

Our company does not send any emails containing instructions or requests such as the above.
To prevent potential damage, please do not reply to such emails and delete them immediately.
