今年7月にはアメリカ生まれ育ちの Jacquelyn がイベントサービススペシャリストとして入社しました。
これまでの経験を振り返り、Jacquelyn はヌーベルメディアで働く中で気に入っている点を共有してくれました。

「ヌーベルメディアで働く上で私が好きなのは、社員サポートが充実したワークカルチャーです。福井県の田舎で働いていた経験から、東京の制作業界に飛び込むのは少し不安でしたが、体験したサポートに感動しました。チームはコミュニケーションと協力を重視しており、助けが必要な時や問題がある時にはすぐに同僚がサポートしてくれます。また、毎週の１対１の面談で、進捗状況や目標、相談したいことなどについてチームリーダーと話し合っています。このような信頼できるチームのおかげで、自信を持って業務に取り組み、新たな挑戦にも積極的に取り組めるようになりました！入社して数ヵ月だけですが、すでにコーディネーションやコミュニケーションなどのイベント管理スキルを磨くことができており、これからもヌーベルメディアで挑戦して成長するのを楽しみにしています！」

🌟 An Employee’s Perspective: Life Nouvelle Medias 🌟

In July of this year, American born and raised Jacquelyn joined the company as an Event Service Specialist. Reflecting on her experience so far, she shared some of her favorite parts of working at Nouvelle Medias:

“What I love about working at Nouvelle Medias is its supportive culture. With a background working in rural Fukui, I felt a bit nervous moving to Tokyo to join the production industry, but I was blown away by the support I experienced. The team values communication and collaboration, quickly assisting others when they need help or run into an issue. I also have weekly meetings with my team leader, where we discuss my progress, goals, and any points of concern. Having such a supportive, trustworthy team has empowered me to confidently approach my responsibilities–and even take challenges! Though I’ve only been here for a few months, I have already been able to strengthen my event management skills like coordination and communication, and I am so excited to see how I continue to grow at Nouvelle Medias!”
